About Us
Costas and Jennifer met in October of 2006 at the Belly Up in Solana Beach, California where Jennifer was hosting a fundraiser with a group of teammates for her participation in the Breast Cancer 3-Day. Shortly thereafter, Costas went to interesting lengths to get another opportunity to see Jennifer, eventually worked his magic and the rest is history. Read on for the details…
Their first get away was to Las Rosas in February 2007. Recently, Costas surprised Jennifer with a second trip. This one included a proposal. He did an incredible job keeping it a secret – thanks is large part to his accomplice, cat sitter and maid, Rob. This picture was taken just after they got engaged on the drive to Ensenada.
For the sake of chronology, let’s back track. Here they are in May of 2007, when they traveled to Oxford, Michigan, Costas’ hometown, to attend Danielle and Brian’s wedding. This picture was taken before the wedding in front of Debbie’s house, Costas’ mom.
Jenn had the opportunity to meet some of Costas’ friends while they were back in Michigan.
Costas and Jenn love traveling and one of their favorite cities is San Francisco. This was their first trip to SF in October 2007, where they met up with Faris and Kristen. They also got a chance to visit with Pat & Robin who took them on a walk through the Presidio. They’ve since been back to SF several times – the current home of Papa Greek.
Costas attended a stem cell conference in the Dominican Republic in December 2007 where he met his long lost brother, Chuck Norris. Jenn was fortunate enough to tag along for the trip.
In June 2008, Costas and Jenn moved from Cortez Hill in downtown San Diego to Hillcrest, which is just uptown. They’re both passionate about being environmentally conscious and have thoroughly enjoyed living where they can walk to most everything.
They have had the opportunity to take part in the fight for equal marriage rights. Follow this link to watch them participating in a music video by MC Flow – Created Equal.
They spent the 2008 holiday season in Jennifer’s hometown, Boise, Idaho, visiting family. There they had a blast playing in the snow, although it didn’t last long. Here you see the snowman they built on Jennifer’s birthday, in front of Buffy & Gary’s house, quickly melting away.
During February of this year, they traveled up the coast of California with Debbie and Tom. This picture was taken in Big Sur at Ragged Point Inn. Talk about spectacular views.
Here they are celebrating in Ensenada on March 6th in honor of Kai, complete with their KP shirts and PROST! glass.

In April they went on yet another road trip, this time around the southwest US – Phoenix AZ, Flagstaff AZ, the Grand Canyon, Santa Fe NM…
…on their way to visit young Dubious in La Madera NM. There they participated in an amateur photo shoot with an undiscovered photographer.
Costas looks forward to wrapping up his Ph.D. in San Diego this year. He and Jennifer will then be moving on to Boston so that Costas can pursue further studies. Until then, Costas will continue to help his soccer team – FC*PBR – onto to many more victories, while Jennifer enjoys her final few months with the child she cares for – Nicholas – before he begins preschool. Nevertheless, they will be sad to go, as they’ve had a great time enjoying all that San Diego has to offer.
Ol’ Frank certainly can’t go without mention. Here he is above getting some cuddle time with Costas. They’ve really grown to love eachother. Frankie continues to provide endless hours of entertainment in their household.
Oh yeah, lest we forget, in July they are stopping briefly in Paris for Costas’ 27th before a week long stay in Larnaca, Cyprus. There they look forward to some long overdue time with family, laughs and proper eatin’. The vacation will culminate with a stay in Barcelona where Costas will be attending a major stem cell conference.
